Why you need a schools' toolkit

We recognise that schools hold an influential position in communities.

Just like you, we want to help make the streets safer for all road users.

Helping to reduce the speeds vehicles travel in areas of high pedestrian use is our goal. Together, in partnership with schools, we’ll make this change happen.

To help you on this journey, we’ve created some resources to help you understand what our ‘Slower Is Safer’ campaign is all about. We’ve added in 'recipes' with handy hints and activities on how you can help to slow down speeds around your schools.
