Birmingham Library and Archive Services have been awarded £1.4 million from the Big Lottery Fund’s Community Libraries programme for a project called Community Connection. This is happening at five libraries including Ward End . Find out more about Community Connection at Ward End Library.

Our DVD loan collection includes feature films, Special interest, Bollywood films and a good collection of children's DVDs. Membership details are similar to Central Lending Library.

A SmartView video magnifying reading aid for the visually impaired has been installed at the library and is available for public use. To use this facility, please make arrangements with the library staff.
