Harborne Old Village Conservation Area was designated in 1969. The area is a well maintained and authentically preserved example of the 'garden city' planning movement at the beginning of the 20th Century.
The pattern of buildings, spaces and natural landscape features have evolved over time. The conservation area also incorporates Harborne Hall, the cricket and sports ground, listed church and parkland.
A map showing the boundary of the conservation area is below along with the designation report (apologies for the poor quality of this document).
