Lessons Learnt: What we could have done better
- Communication timelines, often at short notice, resource was short
- Communication clarity, during the initial stages of the project advice from Legal was not consistent.
- TUPE process needed mapping at an earlier stage.
- Indemnities, legal struggled to manage the volumes
- Pensions, Position on ABS and LGPS confusing and not clear
- ELI, data cleanse should have happened at onset of process
- Contact details not initially up to date for communication
- Key stakeholders not easily identifiable
