Opening hours

You can visit our offices with an appointment or to report an accident.

Our standard opening hours are:

  • Monday - 9am to 4pm
  • Tuesday - 9am to 4pm
  • Wednesday - 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday - 9am to 4pm
  • Friday - 9am to 3:30pm

If you have to report an accident when the office is closed, you must email licensing@birmingham.gov.uk including the details of the accident and photographs of the front, rear and each side of your vehicle as well as any other photographs required to clearly indicate the damage. You will be contacted by an officer as soon as possible to discuss the report.
