There were inadequate procedures in place to manage risks associated with separation of raw and ready to eat food in that packets of raw sausages/bacon were on display above bottles of milk. No form of documented food safety management system was available at the premises and the Safer Food Better Business pack had not been filled in to make it relevant to the business.
