Offence details

Eight offences relating to conditions at Pride of Africa, Arena House, Cecil Street, Birmingham on two separate occasions. Mouse activity was found throughout the premises and droppings were found on the floor, pallets storing food, equipment, the packing table and on food packaging. There was no wash hand basin in the new packing room for food handlers to use. A full HACCP system which reflected all food handling practices was not available.
