Found guilty in absence of two offences relating to conditions at Dixy Chicken, 6 Stoney Lane, Birmingham. Rat droppings were found in the kitchen and storeroom, on shelves and in containers. There were inadequate measures in place to control the rat activity and there was an accumulation of rat droppings, grease, dirt and food debris throughout the premises, on floors, walls and surfaces close to where food was being prepared.
