32 offences relating to conditions found at No. 1 Chinese Café and Takeaway, 22 Holloway Circus Queensway, Birmingham during four separate inspections. Mouse droppings were fond throughout the premises. The wash hand basin in the kitchen was not available for washing hands and there was no hot water to the ground-floor kitchen wash hand basin. The premises was not kept clean and was poorly maintained. There were dirty food containers stored ready for use, the planetary mixer was dirty and dripping lubrication grease and the rice cooker handle was dirty. Cooked food was kept at room temperature. Conditions during inspections demonstrated that suitable and sufficient training had not been received by food handlers. No procedures were in place based on HACCP principles.
