Six offences relating to the conditions found during four separate inspections of Relish Eats, 1262 Pershore Road, Birmingham. It was found that there was no permanent procedure based on HACCP in place during three of the inspections. Improvement notices requiring a procedure to be put in place and accurate information to be available for all foods and drink with regards to the 14 prescribed allergens were not complied with. Accurate allergen information was not available during an inspection.
