This privacy notice tells you what to expect when the West Midlands Police and Crime Panel collects and uses personal information. It applies to information about:

All data processing is conducted by the host authority (Birmingham City Council) which supports the operation of the Panel. We commit to keeping your personal data securely, and in compliance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
