Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for affordable housing products, you must:

• have a maximum gross annual household income of £80,000
• be aged 18 years or over
• be a UK resident with your own bank account

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, you will not be able to complete the form.

One of the questions in the form asks which of the 10 Birmingham parliamentary constituencies you would like to move to. To help you answer this question, we recommend that you look at the constituency directory, which has information about the constituencies, including:

• which wards are in each constituency
• the constituency MP
• links to facts and figures, such as employment and economic profiles
