Birmingham Rights and Participation Service provides advocacy to children and young people up to the age of 25 years who are:

• children in care
• care leavers
• subject to a Child Protection Plan
• child in need wishing to make a complaint about the support they receive from Birmingham Children's Trust

Advocacy is also available for children aged:

• 15 to 17 years who are subject to initial child protection conferences (ICPC)
• 16 to 17 years who are homeless

To enable us to provide advocacy, we need to know the specific issue(s) that support is needed for.
