Birmingham Rights and Participation Service provides advocacy to children and young people up to the age of 25 years who are:
- children in care
- care leavers
- subject to a Child Protection Plan
- child in need wishing to make a complaint about the support they receive from Birmingham Children's Trust
Advocacy is also available for children aged:
- 15 to 17 years who are subject to initial child protection conferences (ICPC)
- 16 to 17 years who are homeless
To enable us to provide advocacy, we need to know the specific issue(s) that support is needed for.
