Support with alcohol or drug use
If you are struggling with drug or alcohol use, there is lots of support available. You can:

CAGE questionnaire
The CAGE questionnaire is a short set of questions that can help you reflect on whether your relationship with alcohol is harmful:
- Cut — have you ever felt you needed to cut down on your drinking?
- Annoyed — have people annoyed you by criticizing your drinking?
- Guilty — have you ever felt guilty about drinking?
- Eye-opener — have you ever felt you needed a drink first thing in the morning (eye-opener) to steady your nerves or to get rid of a hangover?
