Ensuring safe transitions

We developed a practical guide designed to help community food providers maintain high food safety standards when handling surplus food. It outlines best practices for storage, hygiene, allergen management, and labelling, supporting food banks, pantries, and kitchens in delivering safe, high-quality food to those in need.
