Education City

Education City is an online learning resource used in over 15,500 schools in the UK and worldwide.

It is predominately aimed at our early years and primary aged children but has been useful for our SEN learners. BVS commission this resource and can set up free access.

All children signed up for the resource have access to curriculum based, interactive, fun activities that they can work through by themselves or with adult support.

They have access to Topic Tools that support achievement in these activities such as calculators, rulers, number grids, word banks etc.. just like they would have in a classroom.

They can use the Learn Screens to access mini tutorials and voiced instructions about all curriculum topics.

'Think it’s' provide an opportunity for more independent learning where children are challenged via a series of problems that need solving.

There are also online tests that are marked online and then areas of improvement are suggested and new, appropriate activities are set. This is great revision tool!
