I really enjoyed attending my first People for Public Services Forum at YMCA in January. The topic was on the new Early Intervention Service, which Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a key part of. As we work with patients, carers, families, and other organisations over the next few months to develop the service, listening to the views of citizens is an integral part of creating the best possible service for people in Birmingham. The format of the day was incredibly inclusive, with enough time for questions, learning from experts and real co-design. I look forward to joining the forum again to meet new friends and colleagues. Thank you for putting on a fantastic event for the city.
