Birmingham Community Alert is a messaging service for all residents and businesses in Birmingham providing texts, emails or voicemail messages during an emergency incident.
Choose your username
Enter your username and password, this is your secure access to the Birmingham Community Alert system and allows you to update your details in future. You will be askd to fill out a security question so that, should you forget your username or password, we can verify who you are.
Choose how you want to receive messages
- SMS (text message to your mobile)
- e-mail (required to receive our resilience newsletters
- mobile voice (voice recording played to your mobile)
- telephone (voice recording played to your landline phone)
- type talk
Choose your locations
You can choose up to 5 different locations in Birmingham that you are interested in; this could be your address or a relative's address or both. If something happens that is affecting one of these areas, you will receive a message.
