Enabling the change
We'll be making a number of big changes as part of our plans. We're putting resources, people, and facilities in place to help make sure these changes happen.
- Our workforce strategy is the council's plan to make sure we have the right people doing the right things.
- Our ICT and digital strategy (2016 to 2021) sets out how we will deliver innovative, reliable and flexible systems for the council. It will also ensure Birmingham's people and businesses will benefit from being fully included in the digital economy and society
- Our citizen access strategy will make it easier for you to find and access council information and services.
