Customer surveys

As well as talking to over a quarter of a million people a year directly about Planning Applications and Planning Policies, we also carry out customer satisfaction surveys about different aspects of our service so that we can understand any areas for improvement.  We use customer satisfaction surveys which are assessed based on the 5 key principles within the Customer Service Excellence criteria:
