City Housing Liaison Board

The City Housing Liaison Board (City HLB) is an important link between the council and our tenants and leaseholders. As well as influencing policy, the City HLB has a part to play each year in setting rents and assessing budgets.

One representative from each local HLB sits on the City HLB.

The City HLB also oversees the Sheltered Housing Liaison Board, the Performance Monitoring Service and the Leaseholder Liaison Board.
