Repair contractors

We have appointed three contractors to carry our repairs, maintenance, gas servicing and improvement works to Birmingham’s council homes.

The three contractors are:

Engie (formerly Keepmoat Regeneration Limited)
Wates Living Space
Fortem (formally known as Willmott Dixon)
