Coronavirus (COVID-19):

Coronavirus remains a serious health risk. It’s important to stay cautious and help protect yourself and others. Please continue to follow national government advice.

When can a memorial be added?

You can put a memorial in place immediately after the burial if:

  • The grave has a concrete header (a concrete slab placed at the top of the grave that your memorial will be fixed to)
  • It is for a cremated remains plot.

For all other types of graves, we recommend that you don’t put a memorial in place for at least 6 months. This is so that the ground has enough time to settle.
