What happens after a request is made

You will be contacted when we know when the application you are interested in is going to the Planning Committee.

Applications are not always referred to committee when comments are made, but your comments will be fully taken into account when the application is assessed.

Unfortunately we may only be able to give you a few days' notice, so you may like to contact the case officer periodically or contact us to check on progress.

We may need to pass your contact details on to other speakers who have requested to speak on the same application – this so you can collaborate on a response that will be able to be made within the 3 minute time limit.
