If you cannot sign into your BRUM account

If you cannot sign into your BRUM account, it could be because:

  • our system cannot find an account registered to the email address you tried to sign in with. Check that you have:
    • entered the email address you used when you registered for your BRUM account
    • spelled your email address correctly – check the spelling and try again
  • you have not registered for a BRUM account or did not complete your registration – register for a BRUM account
  • you are using the wrong password – if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the password reset page.
  2. Submit the email address registered with your BRUM account.
  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Your new password should be at least 12 characters long and include at least one:

  • capital letter
  • lower case character
  • number
  • symbol

If your new password is not in the correct format, it will not be accepted.

If you do not receive a password reset email

If you have submitted your email address but have not the received an email with a password reset link, check:

  • your junk or spam folder
  • that you have not registered with a work email address that has extra security blocks for automated emails
  • if you use a VPN, turn it off before you try to reset your password
