Change your BRUM account details
If you need to change the details registered to your BRUM account for example, your home address, you do not need to delete your account and create a new one. You can change your details yourself.
What details you can change
When you sign into your BRUM account, you can change your:
- title
- first name and surname
- email address – you cannot change your email address to one that is already being used for another BRUM account
- home address
- primary and secondary phone numbers
- password
How to change your details
- Sign into your BRUM account.
- Follow the 'change your details' link. You can find the link under your name at the top of the welcome page.
- Enter your new details.
- Click 'save'.
Delete your BRUM account
If you want to delete your BRUM account because you no longer need it, you can submit a deletion request using our online form:
Request your BRUM account is deleted
Once your BRUM account is deleted, it cannot be reversed.
