Gym:
Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 5pm
High Performance Centre:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 9pm (subject to private hire bookings)
Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 4pm (subject to private hire bookings)
All HPC sessions must be pre-booked via telephone

Parking
On-site parking is available, including accessible parking.
Due to the redevelopments at Alexander Stadium, all vehicles are required to park at the High Performance Centre car park near the GMAC.
