Commonwealth Games 2022 volunteer privacy notice

This privacy notice provides information on how Birmingham City Council ("We, US") has obtained and processed the personal data of volunteers that supported the Commonwealth Games 2022.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it, which include the following:

  • to register you as a volunteer for future events organised by, or in partnership/collaboration with, Birmingham City Council
  • to keep you up to date with events that are occurring in and around Birmingham
  • to manage you as a volunteer, including facilitating training and deploying you to events in and around Birmingham

How we share your personal data

We may share your personal data within Birmingham City Council solely for the above purposes.

We may share your personal data with selected third parties if you have expressed an interest in volunteering with those third parties.
