Free stalls for charities

If you are a registered charity or a local community group you may be able to rent a vacant stall free of charge.  You can book a stall for one day, a whole week or a series of days, for example 3 Fridays or 2 Saturdays.

You can use the stall to display information about your charity or group, to distribute leaflets and to sell charity-branded goods. Please let us know in advance what you intend to use the stall for. We can only let you sell goods which meet the Bull Ring Markets' rules, regulations and policies.

Book a charity stall

To book a stall free of charge, please write to us on your charity’s headed notepaper, including your registered charity number.

You can contact us to check stall availability before writing. Stalls can be booked in advance, but sometimes stalls are available at short notice.

You will also need to provide evidence that you have third party public liability insurance. We will need to see a copy of the policy, together with a letter confirming it covers your organisation when on the stall in the market.
