Overview

The Property Investment Programme (PIP) is now closed

With immediate effect, the Property Investment Programme has closed, and no further PIP applications will be accepted.

We have recently launched 2 new grant funding programmes for businesses. These programmes are:

These 2 programmes are funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and were released on 3 April 2023.

The WMGP is designed to support start-ups and existing SMEs with their growth plans, while the NZGP aims to support businesses in making significant changes to resource and energy efficiencies in their business.

You can receive an application form for each programme by emailing wmgp@birmingham.gov.uk.

Before applying, please check the eligibility criteria on the relevant webpages to make sure your business qualifies for consideration.
