What is corporate parenting?

The Corporate Parenting Board is a group that meets every 3 months to talk about issues for children and young people in care; it then takes steps to fix them. It’s also responsible for making sure that Birmingham Children's Trust Parenting Strategy is met.

The Board is made up of members from Birmingham Children's Trust, Children in Care Council, elected members and other organisations.
