Welcome to the U.K. and welcome to Birmingham, there is a wealth of information available on the Birmingham city council website regarding school admissions

Please ensure that when you complete an application for your child to attend school that you include details of your previous address in Afghanistan.

For In-Year Admissions there is a section on the form to include this information, if you are applying for your child to start Reception Class or to Transfer to Secondary School for September, please include details of your previous address on the online application form in the reasons for preferences section.
