Support for schools, colleges and universities

As part of the Council's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility we will endeavour to support schools, colleges and universities extra-curricular activities. In promoting the Council as a future Employer of Choice we can offer opportunities other than the traditional work experience placements.

The Council's offer in the development of students is at all levels of study. We will consider requests from academic institutions to attend events such as interview techniques, careers fayres and specialist talks on working within local government.

All requests of this nature should therefore be submitted via email to workexperience@birmingham.gov.uk.
