Tributes paid after death of the Duke of Edinburgh

Cllr Mohammed Azim, Lord Mayor of Birmingham, has commented following the death of the Duke of Edinburgh. Full details of Birmingham's response

An apprenticeship with Birmingham City Council means jobs, training and prospects. We pay excellent rates to apprentices who are willing to learn and develop their skills to become a valued member of the 'Birmingham Team'.

Our programmes run from 12 months up to 4 years depending on the Apprenticeship pathway followed.

How to apply

As opportunities become available they are advertised via the Birmingham Careers Service and the Apprenticeship Hub via WMJobs.

Successful applicants will attend an interview which will identify your skills and potential in relation to the apprenticeship role. When making an application always remember to match your transferable skills and knowledge to the job requirements and try to give an example of where you have demonstrated your skill or knowledge either at school, college, in training or at work.
