Tell us about changes to the home support you're providing

If you’re an agency providing home support packages to a Birmingham citizen, you must let us know if you need to change the support you’re providing.

To report a one-off change to services that you’ve agreed to provide, you should download and complete a copy of the Variation form for home support packages.
