Your rubbish bin and collection
Your non-recyclable waste will be collected every 2 weeks. This is your bin with the grey lid.
It should be put at the front of your property or at your collection point before 5:30am on the day of collection.
What you can put in your non-recyclable waste bin
We can collect:
- nappies
- polystyrene
- other non-recyclable waste
Do not use this bin for any item that can be recycled.
Apply for a larger non-recyclable waste bin
You can apply for a larger waste bin if:
- your household regularly produces more rubbish than fits in your bin because there are more than 6 people living at your property
- you need extra capacity because someone in your household produces large quantities of non-hazardous clinical waste
