Garden Waste Subscription Enquiry Form

Due to the high number of new garden waste subscriptions we are currently experiencing some supply issues relating to the delivery of bins.
We are working to address this situation as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
City council-branded waste sacks will be provided to those who have yet to receive a bin who ordered on (or before) 30 March. Those branded sacks should be presented on the designated garden waste collection day until the bin is delivered.
We expect to be able to fulfil all outstanding orders after that date and any new demand in line with the usual delivery timescales.
- New bins are delivered without a sticker. We will send your sticker(s) separately and there’s no need to contact us.
- If you are contacting us about the wrong number of stickers received, please first check the number of subscriptions you have purchased at your property.
- Replacement stickers sent out will be marked and must not be used at any other property other than the subscription address. Crews will check there is a subscription in place prior to making the collection.
This form can be used to report issues with garden subscription stickers; it should not be used to report problems with service delivery such as missed collections which can be reported here.
