Sutton Coldfield Town Centre Draft Masterplan Consultation
A masterplan has been prepared for Sutton Coldfield Town Centre to set out a clear vision for its transformation towards a resilient, multifunctional town centre at the heart of the community.
The preparation of the masterplan has been led by the Sutton Coldfield Town Centre Regeneration Partnership and produced by consultants.
This consultation follows on from the engagement undertaken by the consultants in producing the masterplan and is being undertaken by City Council with the aim of adopting the Sutton Coldfield Town Centre Masterplan as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
Your views will help us ensure we have the right vision for Sutton Coldfield Town Centre.
The consultation will run for eight weeks starting on the 20 November 2020 and ending on the 15 January 2021.

Due to the continued Covid-19 restrictions, physical meetings about the masterplan cannot take place.
Live web based presentations will be run to provide an overview of the masterplan and an opportunity for participants to ask questions:
