Request housing register decision review

Complete this form if you think we got the decision wrong about your housing application.

Before you ask for a review of the decision, it is important to check the rules of the Housing Allocation Scheme.

The decision and reasons will have been provided to you in writing by email within the last 21 days.

Your request for a review must:

  • be in writing within 21 days of being notified of the relevant decision
  • give reasons why the decision is wrong

An officer more senior than the one who made the original decision will consider the review within 56 calendar days.

If your circumstances have changed, you can re-apply to join the housing register.
