Request for a review of the overpayment recovery rate due to the addition of the 50% earned income disregard

This form is to be used to request a review of the housing benefit overpayment recovery rate in the following circumstances:

• recovery rate - £18.50 per week plus 50% of an earned income disregard
• recovery rate - £ 11.10 per week plus 50% of an earned income disregard

Be aware that this form will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
