Housing rent refund request form

If you have overpaid your rent you may be entitled to a refund - you can request a refund using this form.

Note that before any refund is processed a check will be made to identify any debts owed to Birmingham City Council which will be deducted from any amount refunded to you. This applies to any housing debt regardless of age or type. You must allow 8 weeks for the refund to be processed. If you have not heard from us within this time then you can assume no refund is due.
