This month, learn how to write an ode poem - a structured poem that celebrates a person, place or idea.
You will:
- explore the poetry form with poet Rick Sanders
- read examples and learn how the form works
- write your own poem with support and guidance
- need to arrive 10 minutes early - the Hive closes at 3:30pm
You can also come back in the evening for Verve Open Door - a free open mic event where you can listen or share your own poem.
