Three offences relating to conditions at Newspoint BL Ltd, Unit 13 Bullring Link, Birmingham, B5 4BS. The premises was not kept clean and maintained, touch points, the grill and shelving were dirty. The premises was not protected agianst contamination, mouse droppings were found in the storeroom, lobby and under shelving, between packets of sugar and in a box containing ready to eat food. There was no sink within the premises for hand washing.
