Only medical and guide dogs are allowed in the grounds.

- Vehicle access to the crematorium is via the gates on Tamworth Road
- A one-way system is in place, with gates marked ‘In’ and ‘Out’
- There is a speed limit of 5mph on site
The road network allows access throughout the grounds, with paved pathways in most areas.
When visiting:
- disabled parking spaces are available closest to the crematorium for blue badge holders
- some areas are only accessible by steps with handrails
- surfaces may be uneven and grass can be slippery in wet weather
- a pond is located on site and children must be supervised at all times
