- Vehicle access to the cemetery is via the main gate on Longdales Road, with a speed limit of 5mph
- Pedestrian access is via the wooden lych gate on Longdales Road
The road network allows access to most sections except Primrose Meadow, but most roads are narrow.
When visiting:
- consider other cemetery visitors when parking and use designated parking spaces where possible
- do not park on grave sections or grassed areas
- disabled parking spaces are available by the office for blue badge holders
- take care when walking along grave rows, as the ground may be uneven and grass can be slippery in wet weather
Public transport:
- the 45 and 47 bus routes stop at Primrose Hill, around a 10-minute walk from the cemetery
