Leader's Policy Statement 2015
Each year the Leader of the City Council presents a policy statement to a meeting of the full City Council. The statement sets out progress on the plans announced the year before and new actions for the year ahead. It provides a political statement of the council’s priorities and objectives and also enables people to see what progress has been made.

Strategy for Growth: Delivering Growth
The Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) have developed their Strategy for Growth to create jobs and grow the local economy. The strategy's vision is to establish greater Birmingham as the major driver of the UK economy outside London.

West Midlands Combined Authority
The seven West Midlands metropolitan authorites (Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall, Wolverhampton) have recently published their statement of intent to form a West Midlands Combined Authority, working together with the three local LEPs.
