LACA announces Chair for West Midlands

Dale Wild – Head of Service at CityServe has been announced as chair for West Midlands LACA
The Association represents the School Food Industry.
“I am honoured to be the Regional Chair for LACA in the West Midlands and look forward to supporting and maintaining high standards in school catering. As custodians of our children’s health and wellbeing we have a proud duty to deliver nutritious and tasty meals for our future generation.”
Dale is excited for the future where he will lead and influence the industry by getting more of our colleagues who work in the schools involved in LACA via the “Professional Standards” training currently being made available to all Catering Teams.
