Congratulations to Michael Cox on winning Employee of the Year
Michael has been running his unit at Nelson Mandela Primary School for many years.
Nikki Harrison, Client Manager commented, “Since I joined the company Michael has endured one staffing issue after another, he never complains, he has just got on with it, with a few changes we now have a really good team thanks to both his and his teams hard work & determination. Michaels gives me no trouble and he works really hard to accommodate any requests from his school. The Children clearly adore him and it’s a pleasure to see someone so committed and passionate even when times have been very difficult for him behind the scenes.”
