Touches on all Microsoft office applications explaining what they are used for (can be achieved within 8 hours). L1 is the basics for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook - how to open, close, format, cut, copy, paste creating simple spreadsheets using formulas and PowerPoint to create slides (can be achieved within 15 hours).

L2 is advanced. Word for mail merge etc. Excel for pivot tables, macros etc. Powerpoint for advanced slide creation, as well as TEAMS and Outlook (can be achieved within 20 hours – this will involve a writeup too).
