Nationality Checking Service

We do not provide the Nationality Checking Service.

You can check if you can become a British citizen on GOV.UK.

UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services

From 9 November 2018, most customers will apply online and then attend one of 57 new UK Visa and Citizenship Application Service centres. These centres are managed by Sopra Steria, a commercial partner.

At the appointment, customers will provide:

  • biometric information (photo and fingerprints)
  • supporting documents, including proof of identity

Assisted Digital Service

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) provides an Assisted Digital support service for people who do not have the access, skills or confidence to complete an online application form.

The service helps make sure no one is excluded from applying because of a lack of digital skills or access to a computer.

Eligible customers can get:

  • telephone support
  • face-to-face support at a library or at home

This service helps you complete the online form but does not give immigration advice.

For more information, visit GOV.UK: Assisted Digital for UK Visas and Immigration.
